Investiture, Mass and Presentation of Insignia and Diplomas at the Cathedral of Saint Patrick

Knight Grand Cross Johannes Niederhauser, Grand Chancellor of the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy and Knight Grand Cross Dr. Sergio Pellecchi officiated together with Knight Grand Cross Carl J. Morelli, Delegate, and Commander Richard Torrenzano, Vice Delegate for North America the Investiture and Promotion Ceremony and Mass for Knights and Dames on Saturday, December 12, 2009 in the Lady Chapel of the Cathedral of Saint Patrick. The Grand Chancellor presented the insignia and Dr. Pellecchi presented the diplomas of the Savoy Orders preceding a Solemn Mass. The Solemn Mass was celebrated by the Chaplain of the American Delegation, Commander The Very Reverend John P. McGuire. Concelebrants included Knight Officer Reverend Monsignor Robert T. Ritchie, Rector of the Cathedral of Saint Patrick, Knight Reverend Michael Lankford-Stokes, and Knight Officer Reverend Richard A. Mullins, Delegate for North America of the Potuguese Royal Brotherhood of St. Michael of the Wing. Knight Dr. Deacon Thomas B. Rich assisted. Please view the Photo Gallery.
