on November 3, 2009, of Andrew Williamson-Noble, beloved brother of Ms. Florentina Williamson-Noble, who was an NGO representative of the American Foundation

of Savoy Orders for the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.  The Amereican Delegation of Savoy Orders sends its deepest condolences to her family and prays

for the repose of his soul.
