Prince of Piedmont and Prince of Venice H.R.H. Prince Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia, is the 27th Duke of Savoy and Prince of Venice, Prince of Piedmont. He is the Head of the Royal House of Savoy. As Grand Master of all the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy, he promotes and coordinates the humanitarian and cultural activities of these ancient knightly orders. He was born on June 22, 1972. He is married to French actress Clotilde Courau, with whom he has two daughters: Princess Vittoria of Savoy and Princess Luisa of Savoy. H.R.H Prince Vittorio Emanuele di Savoia, Prince of Naples, former Duke of Savoy The late H.R.H Prince Vittorio Emanuele di Savoia, Prince of Naples and the 26th Duke of Savoy, was the only son of Umberto II, the last King of Italy, and his wife Princess Marie-Jose of Belgium. He was born in on February 12, 1937 in Naples, Italy. On October 7, 1971, he married Marina Ricolfi-Doria. Vittorio Emanuele had one son, Emanuele Filiberto, Prince of Venice, born on June 22, 1972, who has two daughters. He passed away on on February 3, 2024 surrounded by his family in Geneva, Switzerland. The funeral was held on February 10, 2024 in Turin, Italy. |
